Because NCOA requires standardized addresses, we process them consecutively with CASS certification. All of the items in this box are processed together and billed at one low rate of $5.00 per thousand.
CASS Certification - Coding Accuracy Support System or CASS is the process that standardizes the address, corrects spelling errors in street names, cities and state abbreviations, corrects and appends the Zip Code with +4 and delivery point data. CASS Certification is required for all automation rates. It must be done within the last 180 days prior to the mailing date. This service provides US Postal Service form 3553.
Locatable Address Correction Service - LACS involves changing rural style addresses to city style addresses and is part of the 911 emergency implementation.
Delivery Point Validation - DPV takes the CASS certified file and further verifies the specific mailing address for completeness such as apt or suite number.
National Change Of Address - NCOA service matches your data base with 18/48 months of change of address information for those individuals and businesses that file a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service. Your list is automatically updated with the new address if a match is found. NCOA processing is required within the last 95 days prior to the mailing date. A Processing Acknowledgment Form must be filled out and signed and returned prior to processing.

Presort -1st Class or Standard
Your list is presorted for maximum automation discounts. The appropriate endorsement, presort number and barcode for each record is provided. This process also produces all of the necessary Postal Forms necessary to submit a mailing including a container listing that shows what bundle goes in what tray/sack. $3.00 per thousand

Duplicate checking (deduping) – we automatically check all databases for exact duplicates (we almost always find 1%-10%). There is no charge for this initial check. Non-exact dupe checking and merge purging are available but require specific instructions. Call for pricing.
CASING – The U.S. Postal Service addressing standards prefer that all addresses be in upper case. When we process your data it will be in upper case unless you specify that you want it in mixed casing. There is no charge for this service.
DIY Postal Kit – This kit contains everything you need to complete your own mailing. We CASS certify, NCOA, dupe check, and presort your list. Then we print bar-coded pressure sensitive labels, tray tags, USPS documentation and easy to follow instructions. We then ship same or next business day to you using Priority mail (2-3 days) Pricing from $28
